Nice to be back in Ireland for a bit on the mission finally getting work visa papers sorted soon pretty much to any country now but Irish boxing doing okay it seems. Nice to see.

Managed to catch up on a lot of it the last few weeks already and although it’s the big fights that do website traffic these days still nice to see grass roots and Irish boxing still going well over here for now.

Where this site started off in the beginning.

A lot of new stars for the future it seems too.

Two female boxers Katie Taylor and Kellie Harrington in the amateurs and pros doing well.

The latter appears to have won a fight today since winning Olympic Gold for Ireland:

While maybe Irish amateur boxing’s powers that be in the amateurs made some mistakes in years gone by.

They won’t make those mistakes again of course in amateur boxing in Ireland.

Nice to see that the local Irish fighters seem to be doing well today in Bulgaria:

Of course the big fight on April 30th involving Katie Taylor in New York against Amanda Serrano should be a big one.

Should be a good fight for sure.

All in all, while briefly catching up on Irish boxing, it looks like it is in a good place moving forward.
