It is said that the jab is the most important punch in boxing.
A punch that sets everything up.
Used as an offensive weapon and defensive one in different situations.
The double jab however is perhaps not talked about a lot.

Obviously the above applies in amateur and professional boxing. We tend to look at professional boxing mostly on here but still going to try to make an effort to focus on grass roots boxing from time and time where possible.
As frankly it is essential. Without amateur boxing there is no professional boxing.
Was asked to be a judge soon and said yes to it. Just as a voluntary judge volunteering soon, so might feature something on that in the weeks ahead too after the fights to give more of an insight from the judges’ standpoint. Should be a good experience and a break from the online tech work to do some volunteering anyway. Will just try to be as fair and impartial as possible.
