Muhammad Ali is one of those rare fighters and people that could do it all.
In the boxing ring, his skill, heart, speed, combinations and movement for a heavyweight was unparalleled.
He moved like a middleweight and with speed of foot and hand like he had, in his prime, he was untouchable.
Indeed, it is this particular attribute one of his great rivals spoke of this week.
Speaking to one boxing fan Foreman conceded:
“Muhammad Ali, was so fast; ‘1 wrong move is all it takes for him to get you.’ No one told me this. To this day surprised. Great guy though.”
Although Ali perhaps used more his wit and heart to ware Foreman down in the Rumble in the Jungle, but when he chose to turn on his speed, it was lightning:
