Ah yes, boxing in America really returned more than ever this weekend after a torrid 2020 due to obvious world factor reasons.
The sport in the US and around the world had been making gradual strides back to business but this weekend on Premier Boxing Champions undefeated light-heavyweight Joe George did this live on Showtime to get the show back on the road:

Not a chance. Just took a standing eight count for a little while.
Nothing more, nothing less.
The above has really got people talking in the US and further afield again with the emphatic nature of the shot.
George improved his professional record to 11-0-7 KO.
Its safe to say the 31-year-old put his name on the map with that punch.
Nicely done.
