While talks in recent times had suggested a step aside scenario could happen for a third fight between Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder to be passed over temporarily for a Fury vs Anthony Joshua unification, that notion now seems to be dead in the water for now.
At this time Wilder has a contract to fight lineal champion Fury in a third fight but due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation it has been put back like everything else.

Now however, reporter Michael Benson has said that an offer for a third fight between Wilder and Fury has been received to take place in the middle East towards the end of the year:

It would appear that hosting a mega fight in either the UK or US with live fans in attendance could indeed be out for the rest of the year.

This would cost a fight of this size to lose a lot of revenue at the gate so it looks like it will be the middle East for any potential mega fights for the rest of 2020.
