What Tony Bellew Is Desperately Craving After Usyk Fight

Tony Bellew perhaps faces the toughest challenge of his career this weekend in the form of Oleksandr Usyk on Saturday but it’s the simple things in life that he’s missing more than anything at the moment.

Other than Adonis Stevenson this has to be the hardest fight of Bellew’s career.

In many ways it’s a harder one than that, as Usyk is one of the best technical operators in the game today and comes into the fight in incredible momentum.

But Bellew’s prepared accordingly and seems as relaxed and his focused as he ever has in his career, full of belief coming off the back of back to back David Haye stoppage wins.

Fights no one gave him a prayer in.

As his camp winds down Bellew went back to where it all began for him at Rontunda ABC in Liverpool and told Sky Sports:

“It’s been so long this camp. Its been so hard. I have not had a piece of bread for three months. I haven’t had a fizzy drink for three months. I want a bar of chocolate really, really bad and I can’t have one until Sunday.”

Not long to go for all three Tony.

The fight this weekend will be live on Sky Sports in the UK and on DAZN in the US.
