Liverpool’s Tony Bellew is pushing himself to the limits of what his mind and body is capable of at the moment ahead of perhaps the toughest fight of his life.
Bellew has decided to take on one of the best pound for pound fighters in the sport next month on November 10th in Manchester.
Something that you don’t see every day considering he could have made way more money staying at heavyweight and holding out for a big fight there.
But that’s the type of man Bellew is.
He’s made plenty of money now and wants to do something that no one believes he can do as his primary motivation while he’s still an active fighter.
Speaking a short time ago on Twitter the Liverpool native was honest about his preparations for Usyk:
I’m so Tired!! I simply can’t work any harder than I am working right now! On November 10th there will be NO EXCUSES! I am coming with EVERYTHING I have! I’ll see you soon champ! @usykaa ?

No doubt Usyk is pushing himself to similar limits of course. All in all, it should be an interesting clash of styles.
So far in the run up to the fight Bellew has mentioned that he doesn’t know how exactly he will win but just knows that he’ll find a way.
Just a little over three weeks to go now until we find out the answer.
