The former heavyweight champion has given his reaction to Amir Khan’s win over Samuel Vargas and has brought up a certain Manny ‘Pacman’ Pacquiao.

Khan put in a unanimous points win last night over Vargas and attention has now turned to what is next.

The big one in the UK is a showdown between Khan and Kell Brook but afterwards last night the fight Khan himself seemed more interested in was a showdown with Manny Pacquiao.

Speaking on social media after the fight this was a sentiment that Tyson Fury agreed with:

“Just want to say a big well done to Amir khan. A great twelve rounds under your belt Amir. Onto the next one now. If you can get Manny Pacquiao. Come on son – take on Manny Pacquiao! Get it done. All the best King Khan.”

It’s a fight that might prove difficult to make however next up.

Unless Manny is willing to take slightly less money than what he might be hoping for.

Either way, it would be a huge fight that was generate sizable money for both fighters.

A lot will tell in the next two weeks as there has been a December date floating around for some time now which means a potential fight will need to be agreed soon.
