The World Boxing Super Series after a strong first season appears to be going all out for its second season with three weight categories, a new viewing deal in the US and now two mega fights announced in the lower weight classes.
The WBSS proved popular in its first season but wasn’t able to pick up a US TV or platform deal.
That’s changed for the second season as DAZN will exclusively show the tournament and has now also picked up the super-middleweight final for US boxing fans of the first season.
A fight that will take place at the end of the month in Saudi Arabia.
Further news has come this morning in two massive fights in the lower weight classes for season two:

Nonito Donaire boxed Carl Frampton earlier this year in a fight Frampton won comfortably.
It will be an interesting gauge in terms of seeing where Burnett is at in comparison to someone like Frampton from the same part of the world.
Josh Taylor has been making big waves in recent years too and will be in a good test here, so all in all, two cracking fights to look forward to above.
