Tyson Fury Offers Wilder and Al Haymon Alternative To Joshua

Tyson Fury has taken straight to social media having learned that the near three-month negotiations between Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder appear to have failed.

The entire world of boxing is disappointed this week in a time where the sport is thriving.

Yet the fight that everyone wanted to see between Joshua and Wilder, could not be made.

Both teams are claiming different things this week and the frustration involved by all is incredible at this stage.

It looks like Joshua vs Povetkin is next up while Wilder is now left without an opponent.

Tyson Fury fights again in August but after that he’s released the following video to Wilder today, asking him to get in touch with his boss Al Haymon and to send a contract over to him:

Whether Fury is serious about the fight this year or not remains to be seen.

His original plan was to fight four times this year before going after Joshua and Wilder next year, but perhaps he is thinking to himself he could be ready for Wilder by the end of 2018.

Time will tell.
