Errol Spence Jr wasted little time tonight in his home State of Texas as he quickly dispatched of his challenger Carlos Ocampo in the very first round.

Ocampo chose to trade body shots with a body shot expert, sorry, body shot assassin more like.

And that was all she wrote for Spence to defend his IBF welterweight title in round one.

Straight away people were calling for a showdown with newly crowned WBO welterweight world champion Terence Crawford after the fight.
