Khan calls out Adrien Broner following his first round stoppage over Phil Lo Greco of Canada tonight in a bout that was over before it even got started.
Inside of 40 seconds Khan dispatched of Lo Greco in emphatic fashion and put his full repertoire of combinations and hand speed on display.
A ruthless, professional and classy display. He did everything that could have been asked of him.
Following the fight Khan did not dismiss the Kell Brook fight entirely next up – but mentioned that it might have to happen at a catchweight for the fight to happen.
He continued to say that he fears no one and that fighting Canelo all the way up at middleweight proved that. He added:
“Me and Eddie are going to sit down over the coming week and see what the options are.”
Promoter of both Brook and Khan, Eddie Hearn dismissed both men fighting next up:
“Not next. They’ll both fight in the summer.”
Khan went onto say:
“I’m back it’s a bang, and I want to mix it with the big names. There’s some huge names at 147, I’d like fight Broner.”
