Wilder Reacts To Joshua Saying Fury Is The Tougher Fight

Deontay Wilder is not happy that Anthony Joshua thinks Tyson Fury is the toughest fight out there for him in the heavyweight division at the moment.

All these questions are hypothetical until both men get in the ring of course. That’s ultimately when people will get the answer.

But before that the fights themselves have to actually get made.

This weekend Wilder returns to action against tricky operator Luis Ortiz of Cuba and has to come through that first.

An awkward assignment that some believe could be a potential banana skin if not deal with in the correct manner.

Anthony Joshua also has to come through Joseph Parker on March 31st and Tyson Fury has to get a comeback fight behind him too, before their names can be linked again with a possible fight against Wilder.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Wilder when he heard Joshua say that Fury is the toughest fight out there for him said:

“Everyone knows that Tyson Fury isn’t the biggest threat in the heavyweight division. Everyone knows who is the man in the heavyweight division, hands down (me.)”

Styles make fights and the style of Fury, Wilder and indeed Joshua are all very unique in their own ways.

Time will tell how those styles all gel.

If the fights happen.
