Liverpool heavyweight and former cruiserweight champion of the world Tony Bellew has gained a massive reaction for his take on what should happen to a convicted paedophile.
Bellew is currently preparing for his up coming rematch with Londoner David Haye on May 5th which will take place at London’s 02 Arena.
The first fight ended in a win inside the distance last May for Tony Bellew which shocked the boxing world and upset all the odds on the fight.
Bellew has been keeping busy in the public eye however doing different interviews and appearances.
In recent times he’s also started to give his views on a number of topics outside of the sport of boxing.
He’s been receiving a lot of support from fight fans for his common sense and no-nonsense approach to certain issues in the world.
Here, in his latest remark, he tweeted:
If a dog bit a child then we would put it down not lock it up and give it 3 meals a day with a tv in a room.. This man has abused over a dozen CHILDREN ffs! He’s also showing NO remorse, WHY are WE being forced to carry on paying for his wellbeing? https://t.co/oKfKy5VUuD
