Anthony Joshua came in at his career heaviest last time out against Carlos Takam but is clearly not going to be doing that again judging by this.
He is currently in deep preparations for a unification bout with Joseph Parker on March 31st in Cardiff, Wales.
Joshua has been locked away in recent weeks and not been doing much interviews. Mainly keeping fans up to date with social media posts.
The hard work has clearly been paying off as his promoter Eddie Hearn revealed his weight check result earlier this morning in Sheffield:

That’s pretty low considering there is still some way to go just yet until March 31st.
Of course neither Joshua or Parker will need to make-weight being heavyweights, but weight is still an important indicator of how hard they’ve trained and in particular for Joshua, how much he might have in the gas tank.
He clearly understands that Parker’s plan will be to tire him out and looks to be preparing accordingly.
Parker for his part admitted to coming into fight camp out of shape but appears to have knuckled down to training in the past few weeks.
Expect both men to come into the fight in peak condition.
