Heavyweight rivals Anthony Joshua and Dillian bumped into one another this weekend ringside at the O2 Arena in an unlikely meeting.
The bad blood appears to be gone between the two for the most part compared to what it was a few years ago when the two boxers fought.
At that time Dillian Whyte in particular really had a bone to pick with Joshua.
Throwing all sorts of personal jibes at him from the past before their fight and bringing up their amateur bout years before which Whyte had won.
Joshua ultimately stopped Whyte with a brutal knockout in the pros but was pushed hard early on and even wobbled in round 2.
Behind the scenes it is thought that Joshua really wants to have a third fight with Whyte one day and judging by this chance meeting this weekend – it could very well be on the cards down the line (hat tip IFL TV YouTube):
As a fight it’s surely one that fans would watch again but where both men are in their careers at the moment are two very different places.
Whyte is battling to get back into to contention at the minute while Joshua is preparing for a unification contest with Joseph Parker on March 31st.
