Following the beating the Englishman received world-wide acclaim in the sport but many who knew of his talents were less than surprised, in reality.

Going into the bout there was a lot of back and forth exchanged between the two.

Some of it over the top to be honest when Canadian Lemieux said he was looking to properly do hospitalized damage to his opponent.

Despite battering Lemieux, Saunders won’t let him off the hook it would seem because of these pre-fight threats and heated words.

It looks like Saunders will just never get along with him.

From his own career’s perspective he’s a busy man mind you, with Martin Murray on his plate next up he’ll need to keep his eye on the ball and focus on the serious task ahead of him.
