He may be considered the best heavyweight fighter in the world by some but he hasn’t let it get to his head just yet anyway. A frank admission here about what happened in one of his training video clips testament to that.

Boxers these days frequent Instagram regularly to post footage of the various training techniques that they use in the lead up to their fights.

You might see fighters on the heavy bag, chopping wood, sparring, running, swimming, on the pads, doing circuits or other forms of getting ready for a bout.

Depending on the day that’s in it on social media.

Chris Eubank Jr has probably utilized Instagram for these type of training videos better than any other professional boxer this scribe can think of.

Gaining a big following in recent years.

But Anthony Joshua is pretty consistent with his training videos to be fair to him too.

One that gathered a bit of attention recently was a tennis ball routine which is supposed to improve hand and eye coordination for a fighter.

Well, Anthony Joshua admitted  below that although it may look good on social media – that he’s actually terrible at it:

It would seem the editing chap of Anthony Joshua’s social media accounts is doing a rather good job these days.

It’s all business for Joshua next week though.

He’s expected to announce Joseph Parker as his next opponent at a press conference in the UK next week.
