John Molina Jr and Ivan Redkach went toe to toe this week on Fox Sports 1 and ended the year strongly for Premier Boxing Champions.
The bout caught fire in a beautiful clash of styles that entertained fight fans in Lancaster.
Ultimately Redkach suffered a knockout defeat at the hands of Molina Jr, but not before giving it one hell of a go.
In a scheduled 10 round bout the pace started quickly. Both fighters coming out swinging heavy leather. However it was Molina who was able to impose his will on the contest first.
He scored three knock-downs in the fight in round two, three and four in succession that saw the referee eventually call a halt to the contest after Redkack could not beat the count in the 4th.
The win saw Molina extend his professional record to 30-7, 24 KO and march on to what could be a promising 2018 if he continues this momentum.
Particularly after bouncing back from a loss to Terence Crawford earlier this year.
