When it comes to top welterweight fighters in the world, you’ll be hard pressed to find many better than Errol Spence Jr at the moment.

After a stunning beat-down to win the IBF welterweight title earlier this year on foreign soil against previous belt holder Kell Brook, the American 147lbs king pin will be full of confidence ahead of his latest test.

That pugilistic assignment comes in the form or former champion Lamont Peterson from Washington.

Spence comes into the fight as a strong favorite but make no mistake, if the best Peterson turns up he’s still a lot to handle for most of the top-level welterweights out there.
