Heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte’s attempt at kicking a soccer ball on live TV didn’t go too well here…
The UK’s Dillian Whyte got the good news this week that he’s been officially made number one contender for WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder.
Unless a Wilder vs Joshua unification happens next up, Whyte should have his crack at the world title in the first half of next year.
It doesn’t look like he’ll be going for a career change anytime soon either though, after today.
Appearing on well known UK TV Show ‘Soccer Am’ Dillian Whyte, ever the good sport, had a go at soccer on national television.
Here was the hilarious result (sorry Dillian):

All in good fun to be fair.
Whyte also spoke candidly on the show of how he believes Deontay Wilder quiet simply:
“Can’t box.”
This follows Wilder referring to Whyte as a “peasant” after his recent win over Bermane Stiverne in New York last weekend.
Both men can certainly punch and fight only one way really, by coming forward and throwing big bombs.
So if the fight does happen next up – it would be very hard seeing it going the distance in truth.
The ball is now in the promoters’ court as to who fights who next, as things stand.
