Floyd Mayweather on Conor McGregor, his UK travels and more as he promotes his fighter ‘Tank’ Davis who fights in the UK this May against Liam Walsh.
Davis will defend his world IBF super-featherweight title against Liam Walsh on May 20th at the Copper Box Arena in the UK.
Mayweather and co have been doing the rounds in the UK a lot recently accordingly.
Apparently, one of Mayweather’s own TMT (The Money Team) branded trucks was set on fire in the UK this week.
Although Mayweather laughed it off today when questioned in the press conference, mentioning:
“All my vehicles are in the US.”
He really was in vintage ‘Money’ Mayweather form today it seemed at the press conference, with all his old trash talk and bravado on full show both there and in subsequent interviews.
He can’t avoid the Conor McGregor question anymore where ever he goes.
We all know it’s going to happen but it’s just the prolonged talk about it now that I think is bugging people more than anything – just make the fight already.
Speaking to Kugan Cassius of IFL TV today Mayweather went in on Irishman McGregor big time, while standing alongside his fighter Davis chatting some more bits and pieces:
