In Poland last night it was to prove to be an end of an era for one of their much loved and respected boxers, Tomasz Admaek, who was knocked out by American Eric Molina in the 10th round.


Going into the fight many favoured Adamek on the night, but 33 year old Molina had other ideas in front of a partisan crowd in Krakow, Poland.

The early rounds were back and fourth with some decent boxing spells and punches landed from both men.

As the bout progressed, Adamek looked like he was tiring and perhaps father time had finally caught up with the former light-heavyweight and cruiserweight world champion.

After an entertaining 9th round where both men really went at it, the tenth round saw the end, Molina seized his chance to close the show:
