Featherweight Emran Hussain is confident winning in spectacular fashion at the weekend when he returns to action at the York Hall.
Hussain had an unorthodox, yet impressive amateur career, winning the UKBU (an elite standard of white-collar boxing) lightweight title and remaining unbeaten during his time in the organisation.
And the prospect admits despite the stigma attached to white-collar fighters, he wants to represent a new breed of talent when he takes to the ring on Saturday night.
“After Saturday night, when people see what I’m about and how I perform then hopefully they can pay more respect to some of the guys in white-collar boxing,” he said.
“I’m looking to put on a performance in there, make some noise and showcase my whole skill set.
