Tyson Fury Was Shockingly Bad and Even Got Caught Against Mariusz Wach

The Tyson Fury reflexes and foot movement and all round boxing game looked shockingly bad tonight in boxing.

Fury got the victory inside 7 rounds tonight in boxing in Thailand against Mariusz Wach but the fight and he looked terrible.

Fury came into the fight tonight in terrible shape and boxed poorly in looked to be a spar more than a fight.

Ponderous, sloppy jabs from Fury even had him get countered by an over the hill opponent a short time ago.

Some notes tonight on Tyson Fury;

  • Looked sluggish and noticeably slow with heavy legs throughout the fight.
  • Got caught clean multiple times by a 46-year-old faded journeyman.
  • Took 7 rounds to stop a man who was knocked out in 2 rounds by a 19-year-old prospect.
  • Coasted through large portions instead of pushing for an early finish.
  • Drew boos from the crowd due to the lackluster performance and anticlimactic stoppage.
  • Labelled “washed” and “shot” by fans on social media after the fight.
  • Offered zero meaningful preparation for elite opponents like Joshua or Usyk.
  • Looked overweight and out of shape despite being at his lightest weight in recent fights.
  • Fought in obscurity with no TV coverage and only ~1,500 fans in attendance.
  • Severely damaged his reputation with a pointless mismatch widely called an embarrassment.

It is tough to see Fury gaining anything tonight in boxing and spectators of the sport around the globe are hammering him for the fight.

For the opponent choice and the poor performance from Fury tonight.

That had nothing even remotely close to the Tyson Fury of old.

His Polish opponent even caught him via jabs many times tonight and had him off balance a number of times.

Boxer Tyson Fury looks done to us at the highest level of professional boxing.
