As Boxing Booms, Adrien Broner Crashes Lawsuits, Bankruptcy, and Viral Meltdowns Define His Fall

The tale and unravelling of Adrien Broner has taken a darker turn this week for the former four-weight world champion.

Once a defensive maestro and a knockout artist in the smaller weights, now a very over weight, drunken and all round ball of flames on his way to oblivion.

This as the sport of boxing is brighter than ever at the moment and is taking off, and, of course, is on its triumphant way back to the masses in all sport.

Broner unfortunately has litigated against for alleged sexual battery. Here is an update on the former champion from Ohio for those not aware:

Sexual Battery Lawsuit For ‘AB’

  • Plaintiff: Havana Saint filed a civil suit in Los Angeles.
  • Allegations: sexual battery, assault, defamation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
  • Incident 1 (June 2): Saint alleges Broner pressured her into oral sex, intercourse, and a forced handjob despite her saying “no” and stating she prefers women.
  • Incident 2 (June 3): Broner allegedly tried to drag her upstairs when she returned to his house.
  • Incident 3 (June 8): Broner allegedly dragged her from a content house and doused her with ice water during a livestream.
  • Defamation claims: Broner and streamer DeenTheGreat falsely implied they were intimate and made degrading comments about her.
  • Broner’s reaction: laughed on livestream and called the accuser a “lying-a** h*e.”
  • Status: allegations unproven; Broner has not filed a formal public response.

Downfall of Adrien Broner in Recent Years

  • Facing an ongoing sexual battery and defamation lawsuit (2026).
  • Kicked off Cam’ron’s “It Is What It Is” podcast for repeatedly flirting with co-host Stat Baby despite warnings.
  • Went viral for drunken behavior at a restaurant, asking strangers for money and telling police to take him to jail.
  • Seen in another viral video intoxicated and begging for ride money; Ryan Garcia publicly offered help.
  • Lost by unanimous decision to Blair Cobbs (2024), getting knocked down and losing teeth in the fight.
  • Has fought only twice since 2021, with his last win coming against a journeyman.
  • Declared bankruptcy in 2021 despite earning millions, including a $2.5M purse against Pacquiao.
  • Pulled out of the Omar Figueroa fight (2022) citing mental health, which ended his PBC relationship.
  • Lost decisively to elite fighters: Pacquiao, Mikey Garcia, Maidana, and Shawn Porter.
  • Publicly posted humiliating messages to women, including telling a pregnant woman she’d be a “great single mother.”

All in all, Adrien Broner lately has been back hitting alcohol in excess again and has been saying he could come back to boxing.

This is the latest proof that does not look to be the case at all.
