So far Oleksandr Usyk has remained unbeaten as a professional in all weights and is currently heavyweight champion.
He takes on kickboxing world champion Rico at the weekend in big event in Egypt.
No one is unbeatable but Usyk believes he is going into the fight:
“Thank you everyone for coming. I’m happy to be here in Egypt, in front of the Pyramids. This is a special fight. Rico is a great champion with a lot of experience in kickboxing, but this is boxing. I’m ready. I will show my best performance. No one can beat me in the ring. Respect to Rico and his team.”
Certainly the chances of Rico, a man with one professional boxing match ever, beating him, are slim.
As things stand Usyk remains high in the pound for pound rankings but this fight at the weekend can only benefitted Rico surely, win or lose.
