The Tokyo Dome 55000 fans that will be there for Naoya Inoue vs Junto Nakatani in Japan will be a significant point ahead of the contest, the super fight.
A battle for the galaxies is what many fans in boxing worldwide believe could ensure between the two of these fighters when they collide in the ring on Saturday in Japan.
But like in all high level professional sport fans and atmosphere can of course make an ever so slight difference on the night.
Yes a boxing ring is a boxing ring but this is a fight between two of Japan’s best boxers in the world at the moment and maybe two of the country’s best boxers over the last 20 years or so.

That won’t bother Inoue. Sure. But what it might do is spur Nakatani on that little bit more and that can have an impact on the night.
Also the atmosphere itself if the fight goes the distance can sway the judges either way and if the bout is close on the cards this is something to be aware of as well.
Don’t forget when all is said and done that the Tokyo Dome 55,000 fans will be there for the main event more than any and the energy there is absolutely something that can make a difference on the night.
