Errol Spence Breaks Silence On Crawford Retirement, Talks Fighting Winner Of Fundora vs Thurman

Errol Spence Breaks Silence On Crawford Retirement

Errol Spence speaks on his rival’s retirement.

It wasn’t long ago that Crawford battered Spence basically into retirement. Busting him up and knocking him out.

Spence hasn’t fought or even competed in years since.

Speaking to Fight Hype on Crawford’s retirement recently and what next for him:

“I mean, if he’s retired, he’s retired. That’s his decision. But as far as fighting the winner of Fundora vs. Thurman… look, those are good fights at 154 [pounds]. Fundora’s big, awkward, got that height and reach. Thurman’s still got power and experience. Whoever wins, it’s a solid matchup for someone coming back or looking for a big name.”

Time will tell if Spence does in fact comeback.

He was in a car crash not long before Crawford absolutely beat the living urine out of him and knocked him out.

The longer he leaves off the comeback the worse for him.

He will need to get rid of a lot of ring rust as well.

Time will tell.

Spence spoke on Jermell Charlo calling him out here.
