Diego Pacheco is a prospect going far in boxing at the moment and close to the big time next up.
Many have been singing his praises for years.
A gifted fighter and now likely fighting for the world title next up.
Apparently he has now moved on from Eddie Hearn and Matchroom Boxing and is a free agent.
If this is the case some on social media are saying now a chance to fight Hamzah Sheeraz of the UK for the vacant WBO super middleweight title is possible.
Great fight if they can make it happen.
Hamzah Sheeraz was hugely impressive last year under trainer Andy Lee and shocked the world in New York with a big knockout of Edgar Berlanga.
For those that don’t know about Pacheco, here are some short facts:
24-year-old undefeated super middleweight (25-0, 18 KOs).
From South Central Los Angeles; 6’4″ tall with 79-inch reach.
Eight-time U.S. national amateur champion before turning pro in 2018.
Went 3-0 in 2025 with unanimous decisions over Nelson, McCumby, and Sadjo.
Recently signed with Sheer Sports Management; set for WBO super middleweight title shot vs. Hamzah Sheeraz in 2026.
A good day for him above and maybe a great day all around in the news even outside of boxing today.
The Hamas were official conquered today on Jan 27 2026 with no hostiages in captivity in Gaza according to many reports.
Great day for civilization. Victory achieved.
Conquered.
The excellent fighter Diego Pacheco will look to do some conquering himself in the boxing ring next up.
Stay tuned for news shortly.
