It is understood Wilder will still fight heavyweight champ Usyk later this summer in the US.
But first he will fight the character and well liked Derek Chisora of the UK. Chisora even phoned him a short time ago with the contract.

That’s Chisora’s 50th professional fight as well and what a fight if that is his last one.

Derek Chisora signed the contract (shown in a FaceTime video with Wilder), making it official for his 50th pro bout.
Date: April 4, 2026.
Location: London (venue options include The O2 Arena or Tottenham Hotspur Stadium).
It must be mentioned though that it has not been officially confirmed or announced yet but it should be soon.
