Gennady Golovkin is now set to be inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2026 it has now been confirmed in boxing.
A great fighter but a lot to work on for amateur boxing with his organization World Boxing on the ropes if they do not work more with the IBA.
Golovkin was a middleweight boxing all-time great in the ring and this has now been reflected by the IBHOF.
He will make it into the list next year.

He was a feared man at one time but certainly is not anymore.
Far from it.
He has done some good things in amateur boxing but he needs to make sure the IBA, the main organization in amateur boxing, now with Manny Pacquiao as its Vice President, are included moving forward if he wants to remain relevant.
In amateur boxing or boxing period.
Maybe Golovkin will need some help with that.
