Soon American heavyweight prospect Jared Anderson returns to the sport and takes on Cuban Frank Sanchez shortly.
There was a bit of hype there for a while on Sanchez in America until he lost his unbeaten streak recently and looked poor in the defeat as well it must be said.
Now, losing an ‘O’ is not anything anymore as that has lost its importance thankfully in boxing in recent years with fighters not built around the ‘O’ anymore.
Jared Anderson Should Beat Frank Sanchez
More around the competition and quality of fights they compete in and how they get on, win or lose, in evenly matched bouts.
But Sanchez though really didn’t impress in that defeat and Anderson, is much younger, and although has had a rocky few years himself, really should be beating Sanchez if he’s motivated, does his homework on him and turns up ready to fight come fight night.
What’s more, it will get him back in the right mind frame after a tough defeat recent times himself.
Maybe Anderson to win on points but again, it is heavyweight boxing at the end of the day.
Just one single punch can change it all.
Just ask Andy Ruiz Jr about that.
