The Commission Allowing Anthony Joshua Vs Jake Paul To Actually Happen

The Anthony Joshua vs Jake Paul professional heavyweight fight really happening now is almost surreal in a way.

It almost seems like it isn’t real but the fact is, the fight is real, it is on and is being carried by the world’s biggest streaming company in Netflix.

Jake Paul as a promoter has shown himself to be very accomplished with his events at MVP Promotions in a short time, but he’s still relatively new to the active professional boxer game.

Timing is everything though.

Maybe Jake Paul sees or senses things behind the scenes that are happening in boxing now, in professional boxing, around the world, that
might be to his advantage a bit against former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua.

With that being said, it is hard to see how the Nevada State Athletic Commission would have allowed the fight to take place for health and safety and medical reasons.

Former WBA heavyweight champion David Haye is one of those calling for the fight not to go ahead due to the disk of death for Jake Paul in the contest.

The other commissions in America surely would have struggled with this one and the British Boxing Board of Control in the UK would have too, in terms of sanctioning it and licensing it.

The Commission Allowing Anthony Joshua vs Jake Paul To Actually Happen

Only in the crazy wacky State of Florida with garbage Don De Sanctimonious as governor would a freak show like this be allowed to happen anywhere in the world.

Ron DeSantis gives it the big one about America but people in America know he’s a fraud and full of it.

So, it is not surprising his State straight away put this on.

That said, it is one hell of a freak show at least.

UFC promoter and now boxing promoter Dana White called the fight a bad idea when he heard about it.

For Jake Paul that is.

but for fans who want to see him get knocked out, its the best idea ever.

Jake Paul is a genius who plays the villain well in boxing and will use this to his advantage in the promotion in the weeks ahead.

Just like Floyd Mayweather did in the latter part of his career, and Jon Jones did at times in the UFC, and the ‘American Gangster’ Chael Sonnen did in his career too, they played the villain well as marketing geniuses and it paid off for them.

This is what Jake Paul is doing too.

Even if he goes say siz rounds with Joshua it is a win-win for him as everyone expects him to get knocked out inside of a minute or so.

He can fight again if he takes it a few rounds or four or five rounds even, genius move from Paul.

He gets his new promotional company more on the map as well at the same time but getting MVP fighters on the card as well.

A huge win for his fighters and his promotional company as well.

Jake Paul isn’t an influencer.

He’s a promoter and improving professional fighter.

Let that sink in.
