Lamont Roach is coming off the back of one of the great fights still of 2025 although it was near the start, against Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis.
They fought it out to a draw back in February earlier this year.
Most thought though Roach deserved to get the decision.
Gervonta Davis was almost about to fight Jake Paul this month on Netflix in a big event but he’ll be back soon at some point.
Roach however moves on immediately to a world title shot next up.

He takes on Isaac ‘Pitbull’ Cruz next up on December 6th for the WBC interim World Super Lightweight title.
Speaking on the X platform earlier he said: “3 weeks… AND NEW”
Great fight to look forward to in December, not an easy one for either boxer either.
Okay, Cruz has had some defeats in recent times but is always in good fights and he will be motivated to get back to the top.
He’s won two fights on the spin as well so comes into the bout in good form.
Not long ago one Curmel Moton called out Lamont Roach here as well.
Either way, fans will hope for that Gervonta Davis rematch for Lamont Roach at some point next year.
