In a surprise turn of events the tables have been flipped by one of America’s boxing stars Teofimo Lopez who is coming for blood with his rivals now.
Lopez didn’t have his best fight last time out in his win against Arnold Barboza in New York.
He wasn’t at his best but got the job done on points via UD.
Teofimo Lopez Calls Out Ryan Garcia
Now he is calling out the likes of Shakur Stevenson and Ryan Garcia, saying on the X platform:
“After I whoop on @ShakurStevenson and make him cry like the lil bitch he is .. I am calling out @RyanGarcia ‘’
He went on to say however:
“My team told @OscarDeLaHoya we’d fight @RyanGarcia next, and his management turned it down.”
That is unfortunate but big things ahead for Teofimo Lopez.
He remains one of the biggest names in US boxing and certainly the biggest if not the second biggest star under the Top Rank banner at the moment.
Shakur Stevenson will have no problem fighting Teofimo Lopez at some point.
