Gervonta Davis vs Lamont Roach gate numbers are now in after what was one hell of a fight in New York.
Boxing is more than alive and well right now and growing presently very well.
Per Ring Magazine on X the recent Davis vs Roach fight did the following:
“The Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis vs Lamont Roach Jr fight on March 1st at Barclays Center in Brooklyn reportedly produced a $6.4M live gate with 16,420 tickets sold, according to an Authorized Combative Sports Tax Return audit from New York State.”
That’s a good gate considering those outside of boxing were not familiar with Roach much before the fight.
They are now — a tremendous fighter.
The rematch is thought to be happening very shortly again this summer with official announcement shortly.
