The sport of MMA is taking boxing’s lead in many ways again and some moves have been made for more MMA fighter to get into boxing.
Boxing is flying at the moment but the same cannot be said for MMA (mixed martial arts).
As boxing’s popularity continues to return to the masses in the US and worldwide, it looks that MMA is on consistent decline.
Now more proof has come with more MMA fighters signing to move to professional boxing, once again.
Nate Diaz, one of the biggest names in MMA, has now signed to move to professional boxing properly.
He had fought in boxing matches before against the likes of Jake Paul and Jorge Masvidal, but now he has signed properly to go pro.
To make a professional boxing career of it just pro boxing.
For such a big name in MMA to put all his focus now just into boxing tells you everything you need to know.
Only on the 4th of July just gone, on America’s 250th birthday, boxing for a small event in America pulled great ratings.
That was for a small fight between Abdullah Mason vs Albert Bell as well.
More of MMA’s big names in recent years like Anderson Silva, Holly Holm, Darren Till, Francis Ngannou, Tyron Woodley, Stipe Miocic, Michael Page, Dillon Danis, Ben Askren and others have all made the move to boxing in recent years.
Of course Conor McGregor as well fought in boxing against Mayweather and continually always tries to bring up boxing and boxers.
As his sport is shrinking and boxing continues to win and out grow MMA all the time.
The above proves it beyond a shadow of a doubt at this point how MMA is following boxing’s lead all the time again and again.
With more and more of their fighters following boxing once again.
