At the moment some people in boxing are imploding and fighting with one another like mad all of a sudden for some reason.
Promoters, managers and former champions in the US, and UK, many of them are descending into madness all of a sudden recently.
As some bad apples come to an end in boxing, the sport is actually doing great itself at the moment, better than ever, but some within it are completely going to oblivion at the momoent.
Former world champions Prince Naseem Hamed and Johnny Nelson from Sheffield in England have been going at it with one another on Talk Sport all of a sudden.
Here’s some of what’s gone on this week on Talk Sport between the two former world champions who trained at the same Brendan Ingle gym back in the day.

Context behind the beef
- The trigger: Hamed suggested in/around the Giant film that Brendan Ingle was “money obsessed”. Nelson called that “disgusting lies”.
- The gym history: Both trained under Brendan Ingle in Sheffield. Hamed accused Nelson of being the ‘snake’ in the gym.
Alas, over all, they won’t be on one another’s Christmas card list this year.
Nelson has called ‘Nas’ a delusional dog and has gone on to put the boot in even more since.
Calling him a wild dog while Hamed has said Nelson was only ever interested in PR and headlines for himself.
