Watch: Nervous David Benavidez Claims Canelo Is Afraid Of Him

For some reason here David Benavidez was very nervous and not acting his usual calm self which boxing fans are used to.

Using bad language and jumping around his seat and looking over his shoulder back and forth rapidly in an interview he has done.

Benavidez apparently is moving up to cruiserweight next and Canelo Alvarez is a middleweight basically.

This interview makes for intriguing viewing:

The reality is Canelo Alvarez is an all time great and a middleweight at most.

The fact Alvarez was even fighting at super-middleweight was crazy and super human on his part.

Alvarez maybe doesn’t want to give Benavidez the opportunity but surely they could do the fight at a catchweight.

Between middleweight and super-middleweight somewhere — that would be for the fans as well.

Somewhere around the 163 pounds mark catchweight would work well.

Soon Canelo will have a Netflix documentary released on him.
