All Over The Place Teofimo Lopez Says One Second He'S In The Bahamas Mentally But His Career Is On The Line In The Next Second

Teofimo Lopez has said ahead of the Shakur Stevenson fight this weekend that his career is on the line. He’s right on that.

If he loses badly against his rival on such a stage in New York that will do him some harm in boxing and outside of boxing surely too.

He has had some good wins in his career to his credit but last year he was terrible.

In recent years Teofimo Lopez for some reason just doesn’t fight or appear to be the same anymore in boxing or outside of it.

While saying his career is on the line one second, in the next he claims to be happy in the Bahamas somewhere mentally in the next second here:

That appears to be a strange conflict of some of how he is doing mentally he is saying to different reporters ahead of the fight.

Stevenson of course won’t read too much into any of all this.

All that counts is when that bell goes for round one on Saturday.

Stevenson has mentioned here though he thinks Lopez is not doing himself any favors for his brain ahead of the fight.
