Max Kellerman the former HBO commentator and analyst who now does some work for the Ring and TKO talked ‘Bud’ Crawford retiring.
Crawford retires from boxing undefeated and undisputed pound for pound King.
Something very few do.
Sure, some have gone out on top of the sport like Lennox Lewis and Joe Calzaghe and others, but very few do as the number one pound for pound King of an entire sport.
Something kind of different.
Max Kellerman Reacts To Terence Crawford Retiring
Speaking a short time ago Kellerman said of the outstanding Crawford:
It is difficult to see who really could have beaten Crawford if he stayed in boxing.
He cleaned out divisions and entire country’s of the best fighters they had.
He wasn’t going to go up from super-middleweight either, so in a sense, not a misguided decision by him.
Crawford retires as the King of boxing pound for pound.
Good luck in whatever is next.
