The UFC are set to kick off their big boxing bonanza into the sport properly next month and everything is getting underway for it now.
It has been reported that the first Zuffa Boxing event of 2026 will be on January 23rd 2026 and the new multi-billion dollar Paramount streaming deal will be a part of it.
No further details have come just yet but expect news soon.
What this does show further however is how serious the UFC and Zuffa are about boxing.
Zuffa and UFC Now Ready To Dive Into Boxing Properly
Not only was their first event a huge success with Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Crawford and it went off brilliantly, but they are now even bringing in their big Paramount deal for the UFC into the sport of boxing as well as we thought they would.
They know boxing is the bigger sport internationally than the UFC and it has far more revenues as a product in all the countries combined for the way more professional events it does compared to the UFC.
They also see the opportunities to get through the rubbish in boxing with a chainsaw and get it.
Roll on Paramount’s first big time boxing event in the sweet science.
