Rolly Romero, Shakur Stevenson, Teofimo Lopez, Ryan Garcia, Devin Haney are some of the new star names in American boxing today.
They have all won world titles at some point or are current world champions in boxing at the moment.
But who will emerge out of the new generation and crop of US boxing stars as number one out of them all?
Ryan Garcia and Teofimo Lopez seem very erratic away from boxing at times, same does Haney at times, but Rolly Romero and Shakur Stevenson of any of them appear to have emerged as the strongest minds of the bunch so far.
It is no surprise both are doing as well as they are.

Haney had a great win as well though recently over a game Brian Norman Jr and don’t count Norman Jr out if he rematches him at some point as well, heck of a fighter Norman Jr.
Of course the big star is Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis in terms of the best in terms of achievements as well and he brutally knocked out Ryan Garcia quickly when they fought in recent years.
‘Tank’ really is the biggest star in American boxing today out of active boxers, not Garcia really, as Garcia has not been that active in recent years in boxing to count just yet in that.
Davis had established himself anyway as the number one boxer in the US for some time but Stevenson and Romero are doing very well in making new, big names for themselves now as well in America and beyond.
Terence Crawford is the number one American boxer obviously and the pound for pound King but all of the above still very young in terms of new stars on the rise.
Stevenson will surely emerge as number one from them all and at the moment is cooking Lopez mentally.
