Ryan Garcia failed a drugs test on trace amounts of a substance to this day which is highly contentious and he strongly denies.
The wretched New York Commission at the time were responsible for the testing and some of their staff no longer even exist at that Commission who were responsible.
Garcia has since served a ban for over a year and soon returns to fight for the world title in February once again.
