The Ryan Garcia vs Devin Haney 2 fight is not impossible like some people claim it is. Certainly based off this by one of the fighters in question.
Garcia is making noise at the moment ahead of his latest world title challenge.
He takes on Mario Barrios for the WBC welterweight title next February (a title many believe Manny Pacquiao should hold right now after drawing with Barrios in 2025).
Garcia said on his Instagram page a short time ago the rematch is coming soon to a theatre near you.
Haney appears to want the fight as well and only this weekend became the WBO welterweight champion.

If Garcia can win the WBC title next year that sets up a unification bout.
Where strict out of competition PED testing should be done way in advance of the fight per everything previously.
If a boxer uses PEDs he does so out of completion to get the benefit of them and avoid the testing finding them.
Year round random blood and urine testing is the only way, this should be implemented in all major fights.
Some boxers are clearly on steroids and its obvious, they look unnatural, almost like body builders.
This needs to be stamped out now in boxing.
