He became an active boxer in the Hall of Fame, something usually you have to be dead five years at least to be considered for.
Then the eight-division world champion at 46 fought 30-year-old Marrio Barios to a draw for the WBC welterweight title, most thinking Pacquiao won.

Now he has been made the Vice President of the IBA (International Boxing Association).

How that went under the radar with basically no one reporting it, is baffling.
That is huge for boxing.
With middleweight legend Gennady Golovkin now the President of World Boxing in amateur boxing, if he and Pacquiao can work together the future of amateur boxing will prevail.
At the highest level of the sport in professional boxing — pro boxing continues to take off all the time and is going to new levels soon.
Back to being shown to the masses like in the 80s and the 1930s.
