Recently Dmitry Bivol went through brutal back surgery which appears to have been successful for the light-heavyweight undisputed champion.
Bivol so far has only lost once as a professional boxer in the sport to Artur Beterbiev.
He put that right in their rematch earlier in the year winning on points but went under the knife on that.
Speaking on Instagram this weekend Bivol confirmed he looks forward to getting back to what he loves, boxing.

He is out of his hospital bed now and it is only a matter of time before the next fight is finalized.
Beterbiev fights in November against Anthony Yarde of the UK first up so Bivol by all accounts will fight himself in the mean time as well.
If not he’d have to sign the Beterbiev trilogy and wait for Beterbiev to fight against Yarde first, which is possible too.
