The heavyweight boxing match that is being talked about between Deontay Wilder and Francis Ngannou is getting close now all the time.
Initially most thought it was just talk but there is some substance to the discussion as well.
So much so now Deonatay Wilder has even taken to Instagram to speak directly to the former UFC heavyweight champion.
Despite some saying the fight is on and it has been agreed, it has not.

Wilder has said to Ngannou on Instagram to step into the ring however.
The fight is very real and looks close to be happening, it appears to be over to Ngannou and his team now to take the fight.
He’s boxed twice before against Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury in professional boxing.
Defeated both times.
Maybe he will be looking at this as a third time lucky opportunity.
Some are not fans of the Wilder vs Ngannou fight but there will be a big market and demand for it due to the novelty of it.
And it’s a heavyweights as well.
