The fight is not official just yet but Shakur Stevenson vs Teofimo Lopez took another very strong sign towards the contest getting made in recent hours.
Both boxers have been going back and forth on social media about signing a deal and so forth.
But nothing official yet.
Strongest Sign Yet That Shakur Stevenson vs Teofimo Lopez Is Happening
Stevenson has taken to X to say to Lopez to stop leading on the fans that the fight is signed when it is not.
Not only that, the other new sign the fight is close to being made now as potentially a new fight for Lamont Roach is being looked at in the form of a Garbiel Flores Jr bout later this year shortly.
Roach was linked to a fight with Stevenson so he could be out of the running for that now leaving everything set for Shakur Stevenson vs Teofimo Lopez to be confirmed shortly.
